Hi YK,

toybox should be no problem since it is integrated by Google.
There is license announcement in 'Settings'. (About -> Legal information)
Source codes are also put on Android Open Source git.

However, to comply busybox's GPLv2, we need to provide source codes and guide user how to compile target.
As you know, busybox is committed by SPTEK.
I don't know if SPTEK modify any source code or which version of busybox we use.
Please check it with SPTEK and prepare related document.
